How do I talk to girls?

Okay, I am starting to get real frustrated with this whole dating thing. Why can’t I find a nice decent looking girl to settle down with. I am getting on in years, I am near forty, so it is time to get down to business and find that girl. how do I talk to girls ? I don’t have a clue to do this, and when I try the techniques that the players use, I failed miserably because I don’t have any confidence. I don’t know how to manufacture it and if anyone can coach me to do it. I think I will just have to wait for a girl that likes me for me and not worry about it. Or, I could order a bride from Russia.
